Drop Off for Repairs or Estimate
What to Bring
- Insurance company estimate, if any,
- Insurance company check, if any,
- Insurance company name, point of contact, claim number or policy number,
- Customer information sheet,
- Authorization, and
- Deposit.
What to Do Before you Arrive
- Remove all personal belongings from your car such as car seats, money, books,
trash, clothing. Why? These items may have to be removed or relocated during
the repair.
- Transfer your garage door opener to your replacement vehicle.
Night Drop Off
- If you use the night drop box we will still need to have your authorization to repair the car.
- Fill out the Night Drop envelope and insert keys, insurance information
etc.
- We have a night drop box in both Woodbridge and Stafford locations.
